Last modified date: 13 Apr 2026

Duration: 1 hour

Looking back, the committee had a productive 2025, holding nine meetings with leaders and members. The year was highlighted by strong government engagement and the successful organisation of flagship events such as the HR Forum and the Study Fair (in collaboration with the EU Delegations). Members also welcomed the refreshed format of the HR Monthly Talk, which has fostered more interactive and practical discussions.

HR Forum 2026 – Reimagining HR Practices in the Age of AI:
The committee is preparing for HR Forum 2026, focusing on the future of human resources in the AI era. Key topics will include equipping students with essential skills, implementing apprenticeships and work-based learning, exploring AI’s opportunities and challenges in HR, strengthening university–private sector collaboration, and sharing best practices to bridge education and employment. Committee members actively contributed their insights to shape the forum agenda. Updates will be shared on the EuroCham website.

White Book Recommendations:
The HR Committee has also finalised its chapter for the upcoming White Book. A major recommendation highlights the promotion of work-based learning. Members engaged in a robust discussion on current practices and the challenges in its implementation.

We sincerely thank all committee leaders and members for their active participation and invaluable contributions in shaping the HR Committee’s roadmap for 2026.
