Human Resource Committee

Words from the chairman

The Human Resources Committee consists of companies and professionals with a significant interest in the Human Resources sector. The Committee is a platform for information sharing and discussion, and concerns itself with matters that solely relate to human resources issues. The main objective is to improve the overall Human Resources situation in Cambodia, to draw public attention on issues that require urgent revision and to provide Cambodian authorities with relevant input. During committee meetings, the group comes up with recommendations which are forwarded to the relevant counterparts or included in position papers in order to prepare the EuroCham White Book. The Committee furthermore concerns itself with the organisation of the HR Forum which held annually.
