On Wednesday, 6 June, members of the EuroCham Automotive Committee and Human Resources Committee had the opportunity to visit the Automotive Centre of Excellence Cambodia (ACE-C).
ACE-C was established through a public-private partnership between the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, Kangan Institute Australia, and RMA Cambodia, and was built to prepare Cambodia’s next generation of automotive technicians, painters, panel beaters, and automotive dealership professionals.
ACE-C delivers internationally recognised, hands-on training that meets international standards right here in Cambodia, through a distinctive “Earn and Learn” model that blends classroom instruction with practical workplace experience at partner automotive companies.
Training spans a broad range of specialisations, including light vehicle mechanical, heavy vehicle mechanical, auto electrical, electric vehicles (EV), vehicle finishing and panel beating, marine mechanical, agricultural and plant machinery, motor sport mechanical, as well as apprenticeships and traineeships.
Thank you to Mr. Giulian Di Maggio and the entire ACE-C team for their warm welcome and hospitality.
