Words from the chairperson

Thank you everyone for your trust and for electing me as the new Chair of the Real Estate and Construction Committee.

I think we already have a good foundation from the previous committee, so I don’t see this as starting from zero. I would like to continue the work that has already been done and, where possible, build on it.

For the next two years, one of my main focuses will be to put together a more structured roadmap for the committee, so we have a clear direction, clear priorities, and something we can work towards together.

I also hope that we can make the committee a place where members can openly share what they are seeing in the market, the challenges they are facing, and what we can collectively do about them.

I’m looking forward to working with all of you, and hopefully, by the end of the two years, we can look back and see some real progress.
