On Wednesday, 6 May, the Real Estate and Construction Committee convened a meeting to provide updates on recent activities and discuss upcoming priorities for the sector.
The meeting was opened by Mr. Michel Cassagnes, Chairperson of the Committee, who welcomed members and congratulated last week’s successful networking night held at FTB Tower.
During the meeting, the Committee reviewed the agenda and discussed further arrangements for the upcoming EuroCham Industrial Park and SEZ Forum (see the Events Section), scheduled to take place on 9 June. Members exchanged views on the program structure, key discussion topics, and engagement with relevant stakeholders to ensure the forum effectively addresses current opportunities and challenges within Cambodia’s industrial park and special economic zone landscape.
The discussion also highlighted the importance of strengthening collaboration between the private and public sectors to support sustainable industrial and real estate development.
The meeting also covered several key initiatives for the upcoming months, including potential event on Trust and Asset Protection; plans to establish regular monthly meetings and upcoming Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with key stakeholders in the real estate industry to strengthen collaboration and support the sector’s continued development.
