On February 24, the Real Estate and Construction Committee held its second meeting of the year to go through future publications and events.
The Real Estate and Construction CEO exclusive dinner on April 25th and the Real Estate and Construction Forum on May, 23rd agendas were discussed. The audience can anticipate hearing from very distinguished speakers from the public and private sectors about the outlook for the real estate and construction markets, followed by four workshops on park city, innovation technology, and energy conservation, the Deutsches Haus in Ho Chi Minh City, and the master plan for Sihanoukville.
Thanks to the dedication of its members, the Real Estate & Construction Chapter of the 2023 Edition of the White Book is finally finished. The Forum will host the official debut of this publication next month. Hazardous materials (asbestos) and the creation of zonal plans are two recommendations that will be novel.
The committee is already working on a brochure on Environmental, Social and Governance in the Construction Sector.
