On Wednesday, 19th November 2025, the EuroCham Real Estate & Construction Committee successfully wrapped up the inaugural New Era in Real Estate Investment: The Rise of Branded Residences. The event brought together over 100 participants including representative from the government, private sector, real estate agencies, developers, etc.
H.E. Mr. Ny Phaly, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Tourism, highlighted that under the leadership of the Prime Minister, the Royal Government of Cambodia continues to promote and support the development of branded residences to further stimulate economic growth—particularly within the real estate and hospitality sectors. Branded residences are seen as a strategic investment to enhance Cambodia’s competitiveness in the regional property market, attract international buyers, and strengthen the tourism and hospitality industries..
The program featured an insightful presentation on the global landscape of branded residences, exploring international trends, successful case studies, and emerging markets. This was followed by discussions on why global brands are entering the residential market, the investment potential for developers, strategies for selling through brand experience, and designing residential projects that reflect brand identity and values.
The event successfully fostered knowledge sharing and networking opportunities for all participants, highlighting the growing interest in branded residences as a niche yet highly attractive segment of the real estate market.
