On Wednesday, 3 June 2026, EuroCham Cambodia, led by Chairperson Mr. Tassilo Brinzer, conducted a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Say Samal, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction.
During the meeting, EuroCham’s Chairperson presented updates on ongoing advocacy efforts, including the recent White Book 2027 and ten (10)key recommendations outlined in the Real Estate & Construction Chapter.
Both parties agreed to convene a follow-up technical meeting to review the recommendations in greater detail.
On this occasion, EuroCham Cambodia and the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) also signed the renewal of their Memorandum of Understanding9 (MoU) for a further three-year period- reaffirming their mutual commitment to sharing expertise and best practices.
Over the past three years, EuroCham and the MLMUPC have worked closely through consultation, joint events, and open dialogue. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Ministry for its continued openness and willingness to engage with the private sector.
The renewal of this MoU reaffirms the strong and enduring partnership between EuroCham and the Ministry. We look forward to deepening this collaboration in support of the sustainable development of Cambodia’s real estate and construction sector.
