Real Estate & Construction Committee looks ahead
EuroCham’s Real Estate & Construction Committee met on December 9th to discuss the body’s next steps regarding an upcoming decision. On December 12th a decisive vote will be held to determine whether the Real Estate & Construction Committee Entrance Conditions will be subject to a fee.
This meeting provided the opportunity for members to clarify doubts, assess the potential opportunities and threats of such a fee system, and understand its potential benefits. This initiative originates from the committee members and the body’s vote is essential to supporting the goals and vision of the group.
The committee also shared some industry trends and a preview of the Business Pulse survey. While confidence in the Cambodian market is currently not as strong as desired, the industry has managed to maintain stable revenue performance and outlook for remains largely positive for the first half of 2025.
