On 2 July, EuroCham Cambodia met with the newly appointed Director General of the Consumer Protection, Competition and Fraud Repression Directorate-General (CCF), H.E. Kim Meassokseiha, to reaffirm collaboration on fair trade and consumer protection.
EuroCham Chair Gabriele Faja congratulated H.E. Meassokseiha and highlighted EuroCham’s commitment to impactful advocacy, including the White Book, and its upgraded digital counterpart the Live Advocacy Compass which tracks key recommendations and government responses.
Executive Director Martin Brisson introduced the Business Pulse Survey, a growing resource for tracking investor sentiment and informing policymaking.
FMCG Committee Chairman Sothea Sambath, joined by nine member companies, shared the committee’s continued engagement with CCF, key White Book recommendations, and plans for the ‘Responsible Market Practices’ event in August 2025. The meeting reinforced mutual priorities and a shared commitment to advancing responsible business practices in Cambodia.
