On Friday 10 March 2023, the EuroCham Agribusiness Committee held their second meeting of the year to discuss:
• The upcoming “Cambodia Agri-Update” Breakfast Talk, which will cover the sector’s hottest trends, including the latest machinery and high-quality products on the market.
• The White Book 2024, with the committee set to tackle issues such as unique employment conditions of the agriculture sector, banned substances in animal production and new topics like adhering to international standards and incentives for sustainable production.
• Potential areas of collaboration with the Royal Government of Cambodia, notably on enhancing more sustainable production.
2023 will be a fruitful one for the AgriBiz Committee, and the next meeting is scheduled for May following the Cambodia Agri-Updates event.
