After years of dedication to the committee, Mr. Chum Socheat is stepping as co-chairman. Dr. Antoine Fontaine will continue his co-chairmanship mandate beside Ms. Kimsroy Chhiv who’s stepping up as the new co-chairwoman.
The committee discussed the progress of two issues in the White Book: Stamp Duty on Share Capital Increase and Voluntary Disclosure, following a meeting EuroCham had with the General Department of Taxation (GDT) alongside the American Chamber of Commerce.
Under its new leadership, the committee is looking forward to defining goals to decide how it can most effectively serve the chamber and tackle the latest tax issues.
