The EuroCham Tourism & Hospitality Committee convened its first meeting of the year on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. The following subjects will be discussed by the Committee under the direction of ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ฌ ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐๐ก๐๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ญ:
โช๏ธ ๐๐๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:ย To identify the causes of the decline in tourist arrivals before the Covid-19 crisis, the members exchanged information on industry indicators. Simply said, the epidemic accelerated this phenomenon. However, the Committee was also able to pinpoint any promising developments for the sector or other commercial prospects that Cambodia might present.
โช๏ธย ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฌ: the Committee intends to host a number of events, including one on training for the tourist and hospitality industries, one on eco-tourism, and most significantly, one on a Roadmap to promote Cambodia’s tourism.
