On Wednesday, 23 April, EuroCham’s Tourism & Hospitality Committee brought together nearly 150 members and stakeholders for an online webinar on AI in Tourism & Hospitality. The session’s high-attendance reflected growing curiosity around how AI is starting to shape the future of tourism and hospitality in Cambodia.
Speakers shared hands‑on insights and real‑world examples, breaking down how AI is already being used to support daily operations, sharpen marketing strategies, and deliver more personalised visitor experiences. With Cambodia’s tourism sector entering a new phase of digital innovation, the webinar offered a timely opportunity for participants to better understand the potential of AI and what it could mean for competitiveness in the years ahead.
