The EuroCham Healthcare Committee convened on Wednesday, 10 December 2025, to finalize its 2026 action plan and review key issues for inclusion in the forthcoming White Book 2026. Recognizing the rapid advancement of digitalization within the regional and global healthcare sectors, the Committee reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the development of a robust, digitally enabled, financially sustainable, and internationally connected healthcare system in Cambodia.
The meeting also addressed several critical matters, particularly those related to pharmaceuticals and digital transformation. These discussions aimed to further refine and identify strategic and practical recommendations for incorporation into the White Book 2026.
To advance these initiatives, the Committee emphasized the importance of strengthening collaboration with the Ministry of Health’s Digital Health Department, building on the recommendations presented in the White Paper Governing Digital Health Platforms in Cambodia: Legal Insights and Policy Options, which was launched during the “EuroCham Healthcare Forum and Innovation Exhibition 2025.” The Committee also expressed its intention to engage more closely with the Digital Government Committee moving forward.
