The Digital and Technology Committee brings together the members who build, finance and regulate Cambodia’s digital economy. Our role is to convert what those members experience on the ground into recommendations that ministries can act on.

The coming term will be shaped by regulation that is still taking form, and by the practical conditions that determine whether companies choose to build technology here. Our members deal with both daily, and that experience should reach the people drafting the rules.

As Cambodia approaches LDC graduation, competitiveness will rest less on cost and more on regulatory clarity and institutional reliability. That is where this committee is most useful. I look forward to working with our members, with EuroCham’s advocacy team and with our government counterparts.
